Sales Operations Specialist

Linlithgow, Belfast or Stevenage – onsite

£40K-£50K per annum

A leading technology innovator specialising in network performance, timing synchronisation, and application testing solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist. Its products help organisations validate, monitor, and optimise critical digital infrastructure across sectors including telecommunications, defence, AI, data centres, and space.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales effectiveness, improving commercial processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across a global sales organisation. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Partner teams, you’ll help maximise the value of CRM systems, reporting tools, partner programmes, and sales enablement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar function.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse sales, forecasting, and pipeline data.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Power BI, AI tools, PRM platforms, or MEDDPICC knowledge would be advantageous.
