Salesforce Field Service Architect – German Speaking | Immediate Start

Contract: Contractor initially, with the potential for a permanent opportunity later

Location: Lyon / Gieslingen (couple of days in a week)
Start: Immediate

We are currently looking for a German-speaking Salesforce Consultant to join an immediate customer project, working closely with the client’s teams across France and Germany. This is a customer-facing role requiring someone who can work confidently with both technical and business stakeholders and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Support Salesforce implementation, configuration and ongoing development activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project members.

• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and help deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.

• Participate in workshops, meetings and project discussions with customer teams.

• Support testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities where required.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing consulting environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Fluent German and English – essential for this role.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

• Willingness to travel to the customer office in Lyon or Gieslingen approximately a couple of days per week.

• Immediate or short-term availability is highly desirable.
