About the Role:

 We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Technical Consultant / Developer to join our growing delivery team supporting enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives. This role will focus primarily on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) while also contributing across the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and enhance Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Translate solution designs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and client stakeholders.
• Support multiple Salesforce projects in a dynamic consulting environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development or technical consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and REST API Integrations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• MuleSoft Integrations
• OmniStudio
• Salesforce Certifications such as:
• Platform Developer I / II
• Field Service Consultant
• Application Architect
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications
