Salesforce Manager

My client, a leading consultancy specializing in commercial excellence, digital transformation, and Salesforce-led business transformation, is looking for a Senior Manager / Director – Salesforce Transformation Consulting to join their growing team on a permanent basis onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In this role, you’ll lead large-scale global Salesforce and IT transformation programs for enterprise clients, combining strategic advisory, delivery leadership, team development, and business growth responsibilities. You’ll work closely with C-level stakeholders, helping organizations drive commercial performance and customer transformation through Salesforce and broader technology initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and enterprise transformation engagements for global clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders on transformation strategy, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee complex Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and data architecture.
• Manage delivery quality, governance, and stakeholder engagement across large programs.
• Build and mentor consulting teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Support business development, account growth, and client relationship management.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in management consulting, currently operating at Project Leader, Principal, Senior Manager, or Director level.
• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce and IT transformation programs within enterprise environments.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, including architecture, integrations, and transformation delivery.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and navigating complex global organizations.
• Demonstrated team leadership and consulting delivery experience.
• Commercial mindset with exposure to business development and account growth.
• Background from a top-tier consultancy, Big 4, or specialist digital transformation firm preferred.
• Fluent English required; Danish is a plus but not essential.
