Program Manager – Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation and rollout programmes for a high-profile global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex Salesforce initiatives, work with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery across multi-track programmes.

You will be responsible for programme governance, stakeholder management, budget and risk control, rollout strategy, and leading distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong delivery leadership with commercial awareness and a proven background in Salesforce transformation.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce programmes
• Strong background in Salesforce implementation and rollout delivery
• Experience managing multi-location teams, including offshore and nearshore
• Fluent Danish and English
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred experience:

• 8-10 full-cycle Salesforce implementations
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, or chemicals
• Pre-sales, proposal, and change management exposure
• Salesforce certifications, Agile/Scrum credentials, or PMP
