Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist

Location – (London)

Role Summary:

We’re hiring a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to improve customer service operations and internal efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise processes, improve reporting, and enhance the overall service experience in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising Customer Service operations using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Managing Salesforce configuration, admin, and enhancements
  • Building reports and dashboards for visibility and insights
  • Supporting third-party integrations and improving service workflows

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Admin/Dev).
  • Exposure to Omni-Channel and Einstein Bot.
  • Strong reporting skills and stakeholder communication.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Telephony or customer support tools.
  • Strong Excel/data skills.
  • Startup or scale-up experience
