SAP ALM Project Leader

iO Associates is hiring an SAP ALM Project Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of SAP ALM projects across implementations, migrations, and optimisation programmes for our client, who is a globally recognised organisation specialising in SAP HR and Payroll solutions, with deep expertise in delivering cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead SAP ALM / S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Own project planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Work closely with business, IT, and SAP teams.
• Manage budgets, risks, testing, and go-live activities.

Skills required:

• 5-10 years in SAP / IT project delivery.
• Experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong project management (Agile/Waterfall) skills.
• Fluent German & English (essential)
