Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Permanent

We are partnering with a globally recognised SAP consulting organisation that is known for delivering complex HR transformation projects for large enterprises and public sector institutions.

As a Senior EC Lead Consultant, you will take responsibility for delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Your role will include:

  • Leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from design to go-live
  • Acting as the Lead Consultant and main point of contact for clients
  • Running client workshops in German to understand business requirements
  • Translating HR processes into system design and configuration
  • Guiding and mentoring junior consultants within the team
  • Supporting the wider team by sharing knowledge and helping strengthen internal expertise
  • Ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time

Required experience

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations
  • Experience running client workshops and gathering requirements
  • Ability to work independently as a lead consultant
  • Business-fluent German is essential

Nice to have

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Integration experience within the SuccessFactors ecosystem
  • Background in SAP HCM
  • Experience working on public sector projects
