Our client is a technology-driven consultancy delivering secure digital and cloud-based capabilities into the UK Central Government and Defence industry.

This role sits at the centre of a major technology transformation and roll-out for one of their end clients.

They require 2-3 Business Change Managers to lead the people and operational side of the change from mobilisation through to adoption, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, users are prepared and the change is embedded successfully.

The role will involve working closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and client leadership to deliver change activity across the full lifecycle. This will include change planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness activity, impact assessment and supporting adoption into a secure and complex delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead business change activity across a live technology transformation programme

Deliver change plans, stakeholder engagement and communications activity

Carry out change impact assessments and support business readiness

Work with stakeholders to support user engagement and adoption

Help ensure the change is implemented effectively into business-as-usual operations

Key experience required

Proven experience as a Business Change Manager on digital or technology transformation programmes

Experience within Central Government, Defence or secure public sector environments

Active SC Clearance

Strong background in business readiness, stakeholder engagement and change impact assessment

Able to operate across both planning and hands-on delivery
