iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for an experienced Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis

They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the pubic sector

They are looking for an individual capable of building effective teams by unlocking what will work for the team rather than just policing agile processes. Highly effective at building relationships within your teams and with the project stakeholders too, actively removing impediments and reducing waste to increase team alignment and autonomy. You will coaching individuals, teams and customers in adopting agile working practices and increasing effectiveness to take ownership and accountability for their work

In this role you will:

• Understand and drive deliverables within the Scrum team
• Work closely with a Product Owner on priorities and backlog refinement
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives, show and tells, and guide others to do so
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution and Software Architects to ensure cross team co-ordination
• Public sector/Gov experience would be beneficial
