Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Scrum teams in Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery impediments.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and manage backlogs.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering and key stakeholders.
• Enable self-managing, high-performing teams focused on delivering value.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and Agile processes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical/software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and team performance.
• Collaborative, proactive and passionate about Agile ways of working.
