Senior Business Analyst | SC Cleared

We’re supporting a Central Government client within their Automation Centre and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support automation, AI and benefits realisation activities across a major transformation programme.

Location: Remote-first with occasional travel to London
Rate: £375 – £400/day
IR35: Outside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Needed
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead benefits definition and benefits realisation activities across automation initiatives
• Support and mentor a small team of 2-3 Business Analysts responsible for triaging automation opportunities
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise automation and AI opportunities
• Support cross-cutting transformation initiatives and ensure benefits are measurable and aligned across programmes
• Work closely with business areas to define outcomes, value and success measures

Experience Required

• Active SC Clearance
• Strong Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture experience
• Experience defining, tracking and realising business benefits
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Ability to understand AI and automation opportunities from a business perspective
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
• Past Automation 

This role would suit a Senior Business Analyst or Business Architect with strong benefits realisation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and exposure to automation, AI or wider digital transformation initiatives.
