Senior Data Associate

You’ll be working with a consultancy that lives and breathes Higher Education.

Instead of spending the next six months maintaining reports or working on a single implementation, you’ll be partnering with universities across the UK to help deliver large-scale transformation programmes that genuinely improve how institutions use their data.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, solve complex data challenges and work alongside experienced consultants who understand the sector inside out. Every project is different, giving you the variety that contracting should offer.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of data workstreams across university transformation programmes, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes.

The work spans:

• Student systems transformation
• Data migration and reconciliation
• SQL development and data analysis
• Power BI and SSRS reporting
• Data quality and governance
• Workshops with university stakeholders
• Helping shape delivery plans and technical solutions

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to speak to people who have:

• Strong experience working within UK Higher Education
• Experience with Student Record Systems
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI and/or SSRS
• Experience delivering data migration or transformation projects
• The confidence to work directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
