£625-£650 per day Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a high-profile government programme, working within a multidisciplinary team to drive the successful delivery of complex initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders and departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering critical public sector outcomes, operating in a fast-paced environment where leadership, collaboration and delivery expertise are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex workstreams within a government environment
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including Scrum ceremonies and team planning activities
• Work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, balancing policy, stakeholder and delivery requirements
• Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure
• Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across complex organisational structures
• Support teams in delivering outcomes while maintaining focus on priorities, risks and dependencies

Essential Experience

• Proven Delivery Management experience within Central Government or similarly complex public sector environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Experience delivering programmes, services or initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
• Demonstrable ability to lead delivery through uncertainty and complexity
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Desirable Experience

• Experience using JIRA
• Knowledge of assurance, governance or approvals processes
• Exposure to policy-led delivery environments
• Background as a Service Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role, combined with strong delivery leadership experience
• Agile certifications
