Senior DSP Engineer – Wireless Technologies

An established global technology company is looking for a Senior DSP Engineer to join its wireless engineering team in Hampshire.

The team develops wireless products and technologies that customers rely on to verify their latest innovations. This is a hands-on algorithm role with real ownership, working across the full product lifecycle.

The role

Develop embedded measurement applications running on a range of platforms

Design, implement and test DSP and digital communications algorithms

Work with version control and continuous integration as part of your daily routine

Take products from initial requirements through to release and customer support

Build your understanding of wireless specifications and standards

Work independently or as part of a larger team in a fast-moving environment

Contribute to process improvement to deliver high quality products on time

About you

A degree in Electronic, Electrical or Communications Engineering, or similar

A strong understanding of digital communications and digital signal processing

A good understanding of wireless standards

Strong practical C/C++ and object-oriented programming, with good debugging skills

MATLAB experience, with Python a plus

Ownership, problem solving and clear written and verbal communication
