An advanced R&D engineering group in Kassel is building next‑generation ultra‑miniaturized electronic systems. The work pushes the limits of size, power, sensing, and wireless communication – integrating fine‑pitch PCB design, mixed‑signal electronics, RF, and radar‑related hardware in highly constrained environments.

We are looking for a Principal Electronic Engineer to lead architecture, design, prototyping, and hands‑on bring‑up of cutting‑edge hardware systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of high‑density, fine‑pitch electronic systems
• Develop mixed‑signal, RF, and radar‑related hardware
• Own schematic design, PCB development, and lab‑based debugging
• Drive component strategy, sourcing, and hardware validation
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary R&D team
• Take full ownership from architecture through prototyping

What You Bring

• 8+ years in electronics engineering
• Deep experience in analog & mixed‑signal design
• 5+ years in RF and wireless systems
• Strong background in fine‑pitch PCB and high‑density layouts
• Experience with radar or radar‑related sensing electronics
• Hands‑on expertise in bring‑up, validation & lab debugging
• A practical, experimental mindset – comfortable working onsite
