As a key member of a high‑performance engineering team, you will define, coordinate, and deliver system-level requirements, architectures, and interfaces for the new aircraft’s flight control systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in aerospace or aviation flight control systems engineering
  • Strong background in definition and management of requirements, system architecture, integration, verification, and validation of complex aircraft systems.
  • Proven experience with aerospace regulatory standards and certification frameworks (FAA/EASA), including DO‑178C, DO‑254, ARP4754, and related guidance.
  • Proficiency with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, SysML-based modeling, and simulation environments.

  • Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and traceability across subsystems and verification activities.
  • Coordinate integration of subsystems within the aircraft architecture, ensuring interface compatibility, performance, and issue resolution across interacting systems.
  • Develop and execute verification and validation plans, including simulations, analyses, and tests to confirm system performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Review test results, address deviations, and drive corrective actions or design updates.
  • Conduct safety assessments such as FMEA/FTA, ensure adherence to FAA/EASA regulations, and support certification documentation and reviews.
  • Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and promote cross‑functional collaboration to meet program milestones.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and prepare key technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and major milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.

If you are passionate about flight control systems, systems engineering excellence, and contributing to a once‑in‑a‑generation aircraft program – we want to hear from you.
