About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to support a founding‑phase public‑sector organisation driving digital innovation and government transformation. Acting as the Director’s right‑hand, you will shape the digital and IT agenda, manage the IT portfolio, and ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, on track, and aligned with strategy.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in IT program/portfolio/project management within digital transformation.
• Proven background in complex public‑sector or politically sensitive environments.
• Experience with government digitalisation/innovation initiatives and governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Master’s degree (essential).

Desirable:

• Central government IT governance and digital strategy experience.
• Set up and management of IT portfolios or digital change agendas.
• Working directly with Directors/C‑level leaders and in start‑up or early‑stage organisations.
