Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer | Hampshire | Permanent – 3 days hybrid

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering innovative Building Services solutions across a diverse range of projects.

You’ll lead the mechanical design of projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, carry out technical reviews, and ensure designs meet current industry standards and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in mechanical building services design within a consultancy or contractor environment.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong HVAC and mechanical design knowledge.
• Experience with Revit/BIM, CAD, and mechanical design software such as Hevacomp or IES is desirable.
• Degree, HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards chartership.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
