Senior MuleSoft Developer
Location: London (2 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Permanent
Security Clearance: Eligible for SC (or SC-cleared preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Senior MuleSoft Developer to join a growing integration practice delivering solutions across UK public sector and enterprise clients. This is a permanent consultancy role where developers work across multiple projects, rather than being tied to a single engagement.

You will take ownership of complex integrations, contribute to solution design, and act as a technical mentor within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Build APIs using API-led connectivity and established integration patterns
• Lead development across Mule 4, DataWeave, connectors, and error handling frameworks
• Contribute to solution design and technical documentation alongside architects
• Support end-to-end SDLC from requirements through production deployment
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
• Work directly with UK public sector clients, participating in technical discussions and workshops
• Stay current with MuleSoft, Salesforce, and integration technology updates, including the use of AI to improve development efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Senior MuleSoft Developer
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule 4, and API-led architecture
• Solid integration design and development experience
• Experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC
• Strong client communication skills, with UK client exposure
• Ability to work flexibly across different projects and client environments
• Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC-cleared)

Desirable Experience

• MuleSoft certifications (Developer or Architect)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Exposure to AI-driven development, automation, or productivity tooling
• Consulting or multi-client delivery experience
