Salary: £80,000 – £110,000

Are you a product leader with hands-on experience defining roadmaps for software-defined hardware?

We’re working with a UK SME to hire a Senior Product Manager as they move through Series A and B funding. The business builds software that integrates with physical hardware systems across defence and security, think UAVs, camera platforms, and sensor-driven electronics, where data integrity is mission-critical.

This is an individual contributor role with genuine autonomy. You’ll work directly with the SLT alongside hardware and software engineering teams, shaping how the product is built and delivered as the business scales and deploys across new sectors. If you want to own the product function and leave a real mark on where it goes, this is worth a conversation.

• Proven product management experience, ideally in defence, security or adjacent regulated sectors
• A track record of delivering against product road-maps in complex, data-heavy environments
• Experience integrating software with hardware systems
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, scaling business where ambiguity is part of the job
