Bristol – Hybrid

A multidisciplinary consultancy operating within the property and construction sector is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The business works across public, private and residential markets. Its services span project management, cost management, building surveying and architecture.

You will manage cost planning, lifecycle costing, cash flows and benchmarking using Cost-X and BIM, while preparing tender documentation, BoQs and procurement reports. Support the full tender process and manage post-contract activities including valuations, cost reporting, change control, variations, claims and final accounts.

Skills:

• Strong experience delivering quantity surveying / cost management services.
• RICS accredited 
• Achieved or working towards MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts – JCT and NEC forms.
