Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager looking to lead major healthcare and complex public-sector projects? I’m partnering with a leading consultancy delivering high-impact programmes across NHS Trusts and wider public sector estates, covering everything from refurbishments and compliance works through to large capital/infrastructure upgrades.

Key requirements:

Strong background in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management (consultancy or complex client-side preferred)
Proven experience across pre-contract + post-contract (cost plans, tendering, change control, valuations, final accounts)
Working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
Confident stakeholder management (estates, finance, clinical, contractors, design teams)
MRICS / Chartered preferred (or actively working towards)
