Role Overview:

Due to ongoing growth and a strategic focus on major infrastructure projects, our Client is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the high standards of delivery on complex projects in the Yorkshire and North East regions. The position offers an exciting chance to influence project success across various sectors, including water, rail, and utilities, contributing to vital infrastructure that shapes the future.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven quantity surveying experience within infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience working with NEC contracts and similar commercial frameworks.
• Post contract experience.
• Professional accreditation such as RICS or CICES is preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and cultivate client trust
