Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers are required to join a leading engineering and professional services consultancy delivering high-impact projects across healthcare, commercial, education, public sector and life sciences. These opportunities offer the chance to contribute to complex built-environment projects, providing trusted commercial advice and helping clients achieve value, quality and sustainable outcomes.

The Senior role will focus on healthcare projects, including NHS estates, hospital refurbishment, major capital programmes and complex healthcare environments. You will lead cost management commissions from inception to completion, manage client relationships and oversee commercial performance. The Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project workstreams, deliver cost management services and develop your technical and client-facing expertise across a diverse project portfolio.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost management within a consultancy, client-side or contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract cost management, including cost planning, estimating, procurement, tendering, valuations and final accounts.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership for the Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role; MRICS or an equivalent recognised professional qualification for the Senior role.
• For the Senior position, proven healthcare cost management experience, ideally involving NHS Trusts, healthcare estates or major hospital projects.
• Experience managing commissions, client relationships and project teams is highly desirable for the Senior position.
