Senior Salesforce Engineer

My client, a well-established education and professional services organisation, is continuing to invest heavily in its digital and technology platforms and is now seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join its Group IT team.

As Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on technical leadership role in designing, developing, and evolving a complex, multi-org Salesforce ecosystem used across several business units and subsidiary organisations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, and the wider business, while also helping to shape the organisation’s future global Salesforce strategy.

Alongside delivery, you’ll act as a technical mentor, supporting a Junior Salesforce Administrator and raising engineering standards across the team.

Required:

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to event-driven or integration-led architectures, including tools such as MuleSoft
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Billing
• Knowledge of Salesforce analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Einstein Analytics)
• Strong appreciation of data quality, governance, and best practice
