The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions, working on complex, mission-critical projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality software solutions using modern best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and stability

Key Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in commercial software development
• Proficiency in Java, C++ or Python, NodeJS, TechLead
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; experience in cloud tech (desired)
• Background in defence or secure environments (desired)
