Service Centre Analyst (IT Support)

Salary: £29k per annum
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Based in Bristol, you will act as a key point of contact for IT support, delivering first-line technical assistance and excellent customer service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain a reliable IT environment-ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support via service portal, phone, and face-to-face interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across a range of technologies
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base
  • Support IT asset management processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Azure AD, M365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Windows 11, MS Office, and device builds (Intune)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
