A Social Housing Decarbonisation officer is needed to work for a growing social housing and sustainability-focused organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure and asset-focused programmes across regulated and operationally complex environments. They support critical transport and built-environment projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.

You will be responsible for supporting social housing decarbonisation and retrofit projects, assisting with compliance and PPM activities, and working closely with assessors, surveyors, and delivery partners to ensure effective project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience or understanding of social housing
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of retrofit / decarbonisation
• Willingness to travel across the South of England (mileage covered)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
