Design Quality Assurance Engineer | Aerospace & Safety-Critical Engineering 

We’re supporting an innovative aerospace technology business in their search for a Design Quality Assurance Engineer to help maintain and enhance the quality standards behind advanced aviation products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, compliance and certification, ensuring complex products meet the rigorous standards required for operation in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support design assurance and quality activities across the product lifecycle.
• Review engineering processes, documentation and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with industry and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with software, hardware and mechanical engineering teams on new product development and product improvements.
• Work with regulatory bodies, certification stakeholders and auditors to support approval activities and evidence generation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering change processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified in a STEM discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in quality assurance, design assurance or engineering within a structured product development environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex technical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience within aerospace, defence, medical devices or another regulated industry would be highly advantageous.
