Solutions Engineer – Military Simulation

Role: Field Service Engineer/Solutions Engineer

Location: UK wide

Salary: Up to £70,000

We’re working with a UK organisation who are looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to join their military training & simulation organisation.

The role would see you working with existing customers to ensure that the equipment was integrated, in use & trained properly on, truly acting as customer friend whilst also looking at opportunities to grow the organisations simulation capabilities within the user group.

Your day to day would vary from technical meetings to ensure the equipment and products are working for the user, through to designing and pitching new solutions to the community.

Given the nature of the role there would be time spent on sites across the UK, working face to face with the end users.

The ideal candidate for the role would be an individual with a wealth of experience within Military training, specifically within simulated & simulator military training. Someone that really understands the benefits of the equipment, how the equipment works & also how the user can get the best out of it.

Skills;

• Military simulated training experience.
• Experience with military simulator rigs across Land, Air or Sea.
• Experience with HLD for simulated connected training.
• Ability to travel across the UK.
• Experience specifically with VBS or other affiliated simulation technologies such as Unity or Unreal would be highly beneficial.
