Support Engineer – Active eDV Clearance is required to work with an award-winning technology business working at the heart of digital transformation, delivering secure and scalable solutions across cloud, cyber security, networking, data and AI for organisations operating in critical environments. They help organisations build secure, resilient and future-ready digital environments, combining expertise across networking, cyber security, cloud and data to solve complex IT challenges.

You will play a key role in maintaining the security, reliability and performance of critical Microsoft infrastructure. You’ll provide advanced second-line support, manage incidents and operational requests, coordinate changes, and proactively monitor platform health.

NOTE: This role requires you to be onsite everyday. So, if you are  willing to be onsite everyday, only then APPLY!

Skills:

• Active eDV clearance.
• Active Directory & AD FS.
• Networking, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos & NTLM.
• Strong troubleshooting across operating systems.
• Experience within secure government/defence environments.
