Title: System Developer

Salary: Up to £60,000 D.O.E

Location: Swindon (On site- Initially)

iO Associates is working with a well-established business that has been delivering innovative civil engineering services for over 40 years and has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Lead Systems Developer to join their team and play a key role in improving and supporting business-critical systems across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical development with stakeholder engagement, business improvement, and systems support.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work closely with management, end users, and key stakeholders to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and deliver technical solutions that drive efficiency

You’ll also act as a technical escalation point for the ICT team, support third-party suppliers, and help shape the future of the business’s systems landscape.

Key Skills:

• Desired experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework
• Strong SQL Server experience
• Experience gathering requirements and working closely with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
