Join Our Client as a Systems Engineer – Satellite Ground Stations & Communication Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions for satellite ground station systems, from design to commissioning
  • Conduct RF/HF measurements in lab environments and at customer sites
  • Integrate antennas, modems, RF equipment, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and enhance RF system performance
  • Operate measurement tools and RF test equipment hands-on to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, preparing technical proposals
  • Manage the procurement process, liaising with suppliers for antennas and RF components
  • Support project implementation and oversee system commissioning
  • Potentially take on project management responsibilities as your experience grows
  • Travel internationally and domestically (approximately 25-30%) for site visits, commissioning, and testing

Your Profile:

  • Degree in RF engineering, high-frequency technology, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in satellite communications and RF systems
  • Practical experience with RF measurement equipment and hands-on engineering skills
  • Independent, organised, and responsible working style
  • Strong communication skills and a keen willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
