Contract: 4 Months (Part-Time)

Hours: 20 Hours per Week

The Opportunity

• We’re looking for a Technical Consultant with strong MuleSoft expertise to support a Salesforce integration project.
• Working with business and technical stakeholders, you’ll help define requirements, lead discovery sessions and support the design of integrations between Salesforce and SBSoft.

Must-Have Requirement

• Discovery Workshop Facilitation (Advanced+)
• This is the key requirement for the role. You must be able to demonstrate experience facilitating discovery workshops, gathering requirements and driving stakeholder discussions in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Gather and document integration requirements.
• Provide MuleSoft expertise throughout the project.
• Support Salesforce and SBSoft integration design.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with MuleSoft.
• Proven Discovery Workshop Facilitation experience.
• Experience delivering Salesforce integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consulting or client-facing project experience.

Preferred Certifications

• MuleSoft Developer Level 1
• MuleSoft Developer Level 2
• MuleSoft Integration Platform Architect
