A Technical “2nd/3rd Line Support” analyst is required to join a leading UK professional services and technology-driven organisation, supporting a large internal user base across multiple offices. The company is known for its commitment to service excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for deskside issues, taking ownership of incidents and service requests, keeping users informed, and ensuring resolutions stay within SLA. You’ll work closely with 3rd line teams on deployments, testing and migrations, and help shape ITIL processes.
