Test Analyst

Up to £290 per day | Inside IR35 | Corsham (Hybrid) | SC Clearance Required | 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support quality assurance across delivery teams within a secure, complex technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional quality characteristics
• Assess risk and effort to adapt testing approaches where required
• Ensure test requirements are defined and embedded early in the delivery lifecycle
• Analyse complex systems using multiple techniques to identify risks
• Develop and implement effective test strategies and test plans
• Support and maintain automated tests and testing tools
• Coach and support others in test analysis practices
• Promote team ownership of quality and early engagement in testing
• Contribute to organisational testing standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advocate for effective testing processes, environments, and standards

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in test analysis and risk-based testing
• Experience in test planning, strategy, and quality engineering practices
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams
• Experience working in secure / regulated environments
• SC clearance required

Desirable

• Experience supporting or contributing to test automation frameworks
• Exposure to continuous improvement or quality engineering transformation initiatives
