Uncrewed Vehicle Engineer

UNCREWED VEHICLE ENGINEER
BRISTOL (3 DAYS ONSITE)
Up to £70,000 per annum

An Uncrewed Vehicle Engineer is required to join a forward-thinking organisation who partner with clients at the forefront of technology within the maritime sector. You will deliver cutting-edge programmes focused on next-generation uncrewed platforms, autonomy, AI, and multi-platform system integration.

You will lead certification analysis for uncrewed maritime systems while supporting concept development for autonomous and hybrid platforms. Working at the front end of engineering, you’ll assess regulatory pathways (e.g. classification societies, MASS Code), analyse autonomy and system integration, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and produce high-quality technical outputs to support future capability decisions.

Required Skills:

• Active SC Clearance (transferable)
• Experience in UXV / autonomy / combat systems
• Chartered Engineer or 7+ years relevant experience
• Background in autonomous system design or integration
• Experience in concept or pre-concept engineering
