£550 per day

Our client is needing a range of Business Change professionals to support a major transformation programme. We’re looking for people with experience delivering business change across large transformation programmes, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience working in complex public-sector environments. Sector experience in highly regulated or secure settings would be beneficial. Active SC clearance is essential, and NPPV2 or NPPV3 is desirable.

This role will support the delivery of key change activity across a large-scale programme, helping to drive adoption, business readiness and the successful roll out of new ways of working across multiple work streams. Change planning and impact assessments.

Key requirements:

Experience with Stakeholder engagement

Communications, training and adoption planning

Supporting cultural change and embedding new ways of working

Driving readiness across programme work streams
