Business Analyst - Government - Up to £450/day (Inside IR35)
(Hybrid - 2 Days per Week Onsite in London)

Our client, a central government department is seeking 3 experienced Business Analysts to support a 24-month programme, delivering research-led insight and analysis to enable business and service transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and understand business problems and opportunities
* Research and map current business processes, data, systems, and organisational structures
* Identify areas for improvement and assess the impact of potential changes
* Define and validate business needs and user requirements
* Support prioritisation and MVP decisions through data-driven analysis
* Ensure solutions meet user and business needs and align with organisational goals
* Understand policy and business constraints and their implications

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation programmes
* Strong understanding of business change, service design, and process analysis
* Ability to identify and articulate user and stakeholder needs
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including technical and delivery colleagues
* Must be eligible for BPSS clearance
