Digital Content Manager - Bath/Hybrid

This role forms a key part of our client's growth strategy. Our client would consider experienced candidates either full/or part-time.
You will help extend DigitalBar to support our UK and international clients as well as promoting DigitalBar to the wider Group. The role has scope to expand in the future to include product ownership for other existing and planned Consulting digital products and subscriptions services.
You will be responsible for researching and investigating digital capabilities in Financial Services, creating, and maintaining engaging content, shaping the roadmap (with input from Insurance, Investment and Digital Consulting domains), collaboration with Digital Agency and Design partners (Pancentric Digital), and working closely with our in-house Marketing team to promote the platform.
In addition, the role will liaise with the Consulting Operations team on client onboarding and ongoing support activities.
Responsibilities (DigitalBar):
- Research and Insight into Digital Capabilities in the Financial Services (FS) sector
- Development of Marketing/Propositional Content for DigitalBar customers and prospects (in collaboration with the Consulting team)
- Maintenance of existing core content in the DigitalBar platform
- Coordination of ongoing Research activity
- Ideation and Design of new features for the DigitalBar platform
- Collaboration with Digital Agency for Platform updates
- Reporting of content updates and platform performance into wider Consulting team
Experience and Skills:
- A passion for digital customer experience (within FS and broader industry verticals)
- A familiarity with Financial Services, in particular Insurance, is desirable
- Demonstrable communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for internal and external audiences, across all levels
- Experience in using website content management systems to create and maintain customer-facing webpages
- Experience in using website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hot Jar
- Experience in Digital Agency work or UX design is desirable
