  • Manage the operation and maintenance of GIS IT environments, ensuring system performance and availability.
  • Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of GIS software and enterprise systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing, documentation, and rollout of new releases.
  • Provide technical training and support to system users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve infrastructure, automation, and data integration processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or GIS, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Esri ArcGIS product suite (Enterprise, Server, Portal).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware) and scripting tools such as Python, ArcPy, or PowerShell.
  • Experience working within secure or classified environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance at the appropriate level.

Apply now to work on a mission-critical project in an international setting, supporting advanced geospatial technologies within a secure and collaborative environment.
