As the Head of Project Management at our client, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of project managers in overseeing customer projects and internal projects for the development, qualification, and production of power electronics for space applications.

You will be responsible for ensuring project success in terms of time, scope, cost, and quality, following project management methods aligned with PMI/PMBOK standards. This pivotal position will involve managing a team and coordinating with subcontractors to drive project excellence.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in leading project managers in electronics development projects
Fluent in German and business proficient in English
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or similar field
Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team of project managers for power electronics development
Implement project management methods to ensure project success
Coordinate subcontractor work packages and project orders
Manage project resources effectively
Document project progress and provide regular reports
Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvement and optimize work processes
