π What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team, you'll be instrumental in improving product and process design to support manufacturing scale-up, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Design for Manufacture feedback to Product Design and NPI teams
- Create and manage product specifications and BOMs using Enovia PLM
- Lead cross-functional projects with Operations and Engineering teams
- Troubleshoot PCBA issues at device level to support manufacturing
- Own and update SOPs, Engineering Change Orders, and PLC processes
- Support Supply Chain and Outsourcing teams with technical guidance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
π― What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED, Cellular Manufacturing)
- Experience with CAD design (fixture/tooling design preferred)
- Electrical troubleshooting and defect data analysis skills
- Willingness to travel to other global sites for process documentation and transfer
