Position: Project Controller

location: Broughton

Pay Rate: £30.88 p/h inside IR35.

Work Pattern: Onsite

Role Type: 12 Month contract with Extension

An opportunity has arisen for Project Controller to help keep aerospace production running smoothly by removing blockers, improving processes, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with engineering/design to resolve production issues.
Manage consumables, tooling, and calibration processes.
Coordinate with Facilities & Services to meet SLAs.
Support Capex projects, facility upgrades, and lean initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Drive 5C/housekeeping and visual management.

Requirements:

Knowledge of aircraft assembly tools/techniques (desirable).
TCMI and tooling documentation experience.
Strong PC skills (essential), SAP knowledge (desirable).
Understanding of Lean systems and continuous improvement.
