QA AUDIT MAPPING SPECIALIST

3 MONTHS CONTRACT

Our client is a global digital entertainment company known for delivering across industries such as banking, insurance, travel and supply-chain, it leverages AI, cloud, automation and data engineering to drive real-world business outcomes is seeking a detail-focused contractor to join their web strategy team to audit and correct mappings between their support content system and internal article database. As a QA Audit mapping specialist, you will manually verify mappings, document issues, request fixes, and validate corrections to ensure content accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Verify article mappings for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and document incorrect, missing or outdated links.
Submit weekly fix requests; track and validate corrections.
Maintain audit logs and deliver a final summary report.
Occasional spot-checks of localized content (top 3 languages); support QA/QV and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Experience in data validation, content QA or web operations.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, conditional formatting, data cleanup).
Proficient at analysing structured data (URLs, metadata, tags).
Excellent written communication; able to work independently and with stakeholders.
Familiarity with support-content systems or CMS tools; understanding of multilingual workflows is a plus.
