Job type: 3-6 months initially- with possible extension
Salary: Negotiable as per experience

Shift Timings: Depending on scope of work but rotational

iO Associates is hiring for a multinational oil services firm that places a high priority on safety and providing the best goods and services possible. The role of the Rope Access Riggers is installing rigging equipment to a competent level.

Required:

• Offshore experience in a related position.
• Familiar with NVQ level 3 and ECITB L3.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting building machinery installation contractors.
• Oversee a card system that allows you to plan when equipment will arrive and depart.
• Maintain a record of the lifting equipment registration and note when the rigging equipment has to be recertified.
• Assess damage, then replace, repair, or dispose of it while assisting the deck crew and using cranes to move cargo.
