We are working with a global payments company licensed and regulated in the UK, providing end-to-end payment solutions built on proprietary technology.

We're seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape the future of fintech sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
Design and execute multi-channel sales strategies (direct, indirect, partnerships, social).
Drive individual and team performance to exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Act as first line of defence on AML, financial crime, and regulatory risks.

What We're Looking For

Must have a payments/fintech background
Proven experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams
Strong personal track record in sales and account acquisition.
Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
