My client is a market-leading organisation providing integrated People and Finance solutions, helping businesses achieve sustainable high performance. As part of their continued investment in digital services, they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and related systems.

This is a hands-on, strategic role-your expertise will ensure Salesforce runs at peak performance, supports business growth, and delivers measurable value across the organisation. You'll work cross-functionally to streamline processes, optimise data, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.

What You'll Do:

Customise Salesforce to meet business needs (custom objects, fields, workflows).
Provide expert support and training to Salesforce users.
Develop and execute data management strategies, including cleansing and deduplication.
Create and manage reports and dashboards for business insights.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain strong recovery plans.
Collaborate with teams, implement new Salesforce features, and mentor colleagues.

Required:

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201); additional certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud configuration/customisation.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles desirable.
