Talent Acquisition Partner
Filton or Broughton (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Contract Term: 6 or 12 months | £37 per hour (Inside IR35)
About the Role:
Our client, a global leader in aerospace, defence, and aviation manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle-partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and assessing candidates, and ensuring the attraction of top talent to support high-profile programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning
- Source, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer management
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment processes
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in recruitment, with emphasis on experience over qualifications
- Strong background in aviation, manufacturing, or defence industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
